Yes. Booking direct with Ron and Nicole gets you the best rate, and it's the only way to add one of our packages.
The Penthouse is a top-floor, one-bedroom unit for up to 4 guests (queen bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room, 1 bath). The Loft is larger, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, also for up to 4 guests. Full details on The Stay page.
Yes. We offer three packages, including our signature Abingdon Experience, which pairs a night upstairs with dinner at Dawn & Dusk. Packages are only available when booking direct, by form or by phone, and are not available through Airbnb or VRBO.
We keep this flexible for direct bookings. Contact us ahead of your stay and we'll arrange a time that works for you.
Yes. Free parking is available on-site, plus free parking on the street nearby.

No. Dawn & Dusk is open to overnight guests and the wider Abingdon community alike.
Thursday and Friday, 8am–2pm and 5–10pm.
Saturday, 10am–2pm and 5–10pm.
Sunday, 10am–2pm and 5–8pm.
Closed Monday through Wednesday.
The full food menu is on our Menu page, and cocktails, wine, and beer are on Libations.
No. Packages, including the reserved Dawn & Dusk table that comes with them, are only available when you book direct with us.
