About usThree floors.
One very good story.
A restored historic building on Main Street, and the family who brought it back to life.
Our storyA new life for an old building
Moore on Main started with a simple idea: give new life to a historic building on Main Street without losing what made it worth saving. Rather than building another standard hotel or restaurant, Ron and Nicole set out to create a place where guests could stay, eat, and explore Abingdon on foot, all under one roof.

Meet the ownersRon & Nicole Moore
We're a local family who loves Abingdon, and Moore on Main is our way of sharing that love with the people who visit. Hosting means being genuinely present: we answer the messages, we sweat the small details, and we'd rather a stay here feel comfortable than staged.
What guides usThree things that don't change
-
Family-run
Ron and Nicole are hands-on owners, not absentee investors. When you reach out, you're talking to the people who actually run this place.
-
One roof
Sleep, eat, and explore without leaving Main Street. The lofts and Dawn & Dusk were designed to work together, not as two businesses that happen to share a building.
-
Rooted in Abingdon
This is home, not a franchise location. The restoration, the hospitality, and the pace all reflect the town around it.
Dawn & Dusk
Brunch by day. Cocktails, wine, and small plates after dark.
Open to guests and the wider Abingdon community.
